Reliable Power Starts Here

The 16” 6-gauge Reliance battery cable is built for flexibility, durability, and long-lasting performance. It’s designed with incredible materials and secure connections to deliver optimal power transfer and operation you can depend on.

Features and Benefits:

  • 6-Gauge: The 6 gauge is a thinner, light weight option for most stock carts.
  • Premium Materials: High strand trimmed copper for ultimate conductivity.
  • Easy to Install: Pre-cut and professionally crimped with 5/16" ring terminals for a precise and seamless fit.
  • Durable Protection: Premium black PVC insulation jacket for protection against potential wear and tear.

Tech Tips:

  • Turn off key and unplug
  • Set the Run/Tow switch to the TOW position
  • Disconnect the negative battery cable first
  • Reconnect the positive cable first when installing
  • Take a reference photo before starting installation
  • Use insulated tools and wear protective eyewear and gloves
  • Remove any jewelry before working
  • Avoid mixing different cable gauge sizes

Installation Order:

  • Install all series jumpers first
  • Install controller/motor cables
  • Positive (+) pack lead on first, negative (–) last
  • Apply dielectric grease externally after tightening

Torque Specs:

  • 5/16" studs: 8–10 ft-lb
  • 1/4" studs: 6–7 ft-lb
  • Always Check OEM Spec: Do not over‑torque which avoids cracking the post and ruining the battery
  • After a week or two inspect for any wear or insulation rubbed off and retorque cables
