What is the point of a colossal suspension upgrade if you are just using your golf cart on the course and around the neighborhood? All you are looking for is a little ground clearance to get over one curb. Coming the back way into your yard seems a little more graceful if you don't have to get out and teeter-totter it over the hump. The problem being, you cannot put any bigger tires and wheels on your caddie without scrubbing the frame. Well, have we got the perfect product for you. Take a look at this E-Z-GO Four-Inch Block Lift Kit for Marathon. This item allows you to keep your stock suspension and extend the mounting points of the shocks, leaf springs, and steering connections.
This golf cart lift kit is straightforward as far as installation is concerned. We would recommend having a friend present to help. You will need a jack and a few stands, but that will be all you need other than a socket set. Give Buggies Unlimited a call today.
The yr of your ezgo is 1993 It is the last 2 digets of the mfg code The block kit I installed goes through the yr of 1994 The instructions that came with it was simple The instillation was easy Good luck
It just lifts it straight up.
Does not widen the stance.
I was satisfied with the product.
Easy installation.
I ordered the 4" lift kit and new 10" rims with 22" tires. Everything fits great. I don't know if the 8" rims would have worked with the lift kit, but the 10" wheels sure look nice on the cart!
I could not find one. The instillation was rather simple. The only 2 problems i had was installing he control arm. the instructions were not real clear on how it should go in along with the back body lift rubbed on the shocks a little. i had to grind the corner off just a little bit. Looks really good once completed the instillation. it took about 5hrs to install.
I left my top plate on. I did have to bend the u bolts in to get them to line up with the holes. My u bolts were too wide
We do not. Jake's lift kit only Item 6208.
I installed on a 1988 Marathon Ez go, it has 3 leaf spring system, if that helps.
The 2005 TXT has the steering box mounted to the axle, this leavs no room for the front blocks to mount. On the older styles like the marathon and the G1 TXT that was produced from 94-01 had the steering box mounted up on the frame which allowed for a kit like this. Not possible on any cart newer than 01.5
