Kelly it doesnt come with the brake but everything else is there
This motor does require the motor brake. My understanding is all RXV carts have a motor brake.

I had no directions with mine but UTube gave very detailed instructions. It was so simple
It's not really that simple with AC unfortunately, but I will try and answer. Keep in mind that these #s are not a fair comparison to DC #s. AC power generates a lot more torque with a lot less power. This is a 3.3 KW motor, that roughly translates to 4.4 HP @ 48 volts. The RPM level I am unsure of, its going to be on the lower end, around 2-3000 RPM. This is a stock replacement motor.
