No. There are 2" retainers on the Par Car golf cart frame near the top of the windshield. The top part of the windshield is held by these. On the lower part of the frame there are 11" retainers to hold the lower half of the windshield. If you can enlarge the photo you'll be able to see them. The windshield fit my 2009 Par Car perfectly. Very satisfied with the product....easy installation also. Good value.

Hi Roger, it depends on your current dimensions on your windshield. It looks like it fit on Ray's 2010 NEV.
It fit my 2013. It wasn't quite so easy for me because I had to drill out a couple of snaps and remove a handle then re-install it after the windshield was installed. I should also let you know that this windshield has been cost reduced. It is thinner than the original equipment but still works.
