Turned out great on my EZ-GO GXT-804

Love it, I lined up the lines in the pattern perfectly and it turned out great. follow the installation instructions and use an electric stapler.

These red dot seat covers fit perfect. After removing the old seat covers place the new ones in the clothes dryer to heat up. they will stretch over the frame with ease. staple on and done.

Correct. Need to be stapled. Use stainless staples. Super easy and perfect fit. Put the cover in the clothes dryer for a few minutes and it will be soft, pliable and stretch easier.

What is the roll of vinyl trim used for that came with the seat covers?

That trim is for a transition from bottom outside of seat to the cart body. An added gasket if you will. I decided not to use it. Hope this helps.
