The adjustability of the Navitas controller is where it stands out from the competition. With a series golf cart like the EZGO TXT, the On-the-fly programmer that is available separately acts more like a limiter. You will not get any additional performance by turning down one field to try and overpower another. However, if you have a situation where you want to limit the speed at which the cart can be used, make sure you pick one of those up with this controller. The Navitas 440-Amp is a severe upgrade from OEM; you don't have to change anything else out, but if you want to, please do not hesitate; it will not hurt anything. Consider a solenoid and a set of cables at the least, and a forward and reverse would not cramp anyone's style either.

where is your forward and reverse switch located?
as long as you DO NOT have a run tow switch this will work great! This will give you lots of low end power. For higher top speed you will need a whole upgrade kit!
Hi Jeff, you will need the controller listed below.
It increases amperage to the motor from a stock controller that is probably around 250Amps to 440. More Amps, more torque and top end. It is also programmable with the Navitas app and your smart phone through Bluetooth.
This will work as long as you do not have a toe run switch.
Yes it should work. You will have to download the app then email navitas to get the "dealer access" and change the map through the app to allow it to run on series motor. It took me 3 days of troubleshooting before i figured this out! I changed my 36v txt to 48v so it is nice to have if you want to upgrade batteries later. Also would need a new solenoid for 48v.
