The 500 amp Curtis controller packs quite a bit of performance for your EZGO in a tiny package. Who knew something this little could give you a torque increase of over 50-percent? Buggies Unlimited did, heck, their techs map these things personally to make sure your EZGO gets the most response when you press the pedal. What if you are looking for something a little more personal? Call in to place the order and ask to have it programmed for your needs, free of charge. Just another reason we are the best vendor of quality aftermarket golf cart products.
This golf cart 500 amp beast cannot stand alone; you want to consider replacing the motor, but an absolute requirement when increasing the drive system's amperage is a new EZGO solenoid, forward and reverse, and cables at the very least. Without these, you are not only endangering all of the stock components of the drive system, but that brand new controller is also going to run hot and fail. Don't let any of that happen; call us first.
I can send you a pic just email me info at avdcav .com

In one of my carts, 2004 EZ-GO, it did increase the top speed. In my 1998 EZ-GO, not really. It added quite a bit of torque and acceleration though. Two different motors though so different results. Hope this helps.
The all track that you were using if it USES ITS throttle, you should be able TO use this curtis controller, because
i see it's used or set for a ITS THROTTLE, JUST NEED TO GET THE WIRE diagram for Connections ,THEN should be OK. The alltrack can be set for three different throttle modules, where THis Curtis is set for the ITS THROTTLE pacifically for the application. OR GET THE SAME CONTROLLER
Yes, this should work for you 100amp/hour lithium battery.
Mine had a 400 amp set up and went to the 500. The thing I did notice is the more I use it the more consistent it gets. Sometimes mine will act as if it's starting off in second gear. Does yours make a beeping sound when you hit the peddle
I bought an SW200 because it is designed for the higher amperage of the Curtis controller.
