So far, so good
So far its worked great. Bolted right up, no modifications necessary. Also came with one gasket (you may want to buy.a couple extra, for the air supply pipe connection). Only needed to adjust the closing of the butterfly slightly but thats to be expected. Ran great first time out. Happy with it, especially the price, compared to OEM.

where can find year of club car ?

There should be a serial # on the dash near the cup holders. It will start with a letter or 2 and have a bunch of #s following. The first 2 after the letter(s) are the year

Hard to start, then only runs while pumping choke.?

Great tip James! Don, give me a call, we can trouble shoot it over the phone and see if there's anything else causing you an issue.

bought a carb last year for my 94 club car and went to put new gas lines on and the fitting for the gas line on the carb came out. is there a fix for this? the brass fitting is loose going into the carb.

I’m pretty sure it’s a press in style fitting. Meaning it’s actually pressed in to the carb. Your best bet is to use something like a JB weld to put it back. Make sure none of the liquid mix gets in the carb. I Jane not used it on an aluminum to brass connection; but it might work

Hope this helps

Cart won’t crank?

This could be the igniter switch. Or the carburetor which is very simple to install. With the carburetor it will usually start but will not run at a low speed. Good luck !!

Need a replacement carburetor for my club car ser AG9736-601934 Kawasaki I think it a 96 model?

I put new carb and fuel pump on, new filters, it’s seems not to run without starting fluid, what can I do to keep it running?

If it starts with starting fluid it’s definitely a gas problem.
First, un hook your fuel line from the carburetor, put hose into a cup or jar to catch the gas, unplug spark plug, put cart in neutral.
Crank the motor over and check fuel flow out of hose. Should get a good pumping flow out of it.
No or low fuel flow could be a blown lower gasket. That’s where your vacuum comes from to run the fuel pump.
Double check all hoses if you do have good fuel flow. Recheck carburetor. Spark plug.
You need more than 90 psi on a compression check for a cart to run well. 160 is very good. 90 would be rebuild time.

runs and then it starts pupping like it needs gas ?

If you can't see gas flowing through the filter check all your hoses to make sure the clamps are tight because the way the pump works if you're sucking air your not going to pump gas

How do you adjust the all plastic float. In 1997 Club car carburetor?

U can't you have one of 2 problems you have a hole or crack in the float which u will see if the float has fuel inside or the needle valves rubber tip is worn or missing. Suggest u replace with new needle valve.

What gasket will I need? I got a fe290d-ds10, and is this the right carb for it too?

When I ordered this carb it had everything needed for the repair. Worst case scenario, you got to your local parts store and grasp a roll of Fel-Pro gasket material and make your own. This was the right carb for my FE290 and it's been 2 years trouble free for me.

94 club car, good fuel pressure but no fuel reaching the bowl... any ideas?

If fuel is reaching the carb, check for fuel in float bowl.if there is jets plugged,if no fuel needle and seat stuck or plugged
