Product Details

We all daydream from time to time, some of us more than others. It is not always a bad thing. Thinking about your ambitions, plans, or even just your hopes can motivate you to chase those things down. As adults, your thoughts cannot help but turn to the to-do list, and before you know it, you are amid a vivid hallucination of replacing the Club Car DS Fuel Tank Kit. Please get back to thinking about fishing and golf, and call us for the golf cart parts you need to get "fixing your caddie" off your mind. We have everything you need and then some. Treat yourself to an accessory for getting this swapped out successfully. Maybe a light kit or a brush guard if you are feeling rugged.

This golf cart fuel tank is not a job for one. You are going to need at least a buddy or two to help get this installed. We would highly recommend that you get a Club Car OEM manual to help with the process. Give Buggies Unlimited a call today.

Takes to long in shipment!!!
Have no idea how well it works because we have not installed it. BEWARE we ordered on October 30 and received today, November 13!!! Absolutely ridiculous for it to take so long. Customer service was no help when trying to find out what was taking so long.

Quality Part, not a poor quality knockoff
Only downside is the cost.... a bit expensive for what you get.
It appears to be a perfect fit replacement.

Waiting for a replacement hold down strap prior to installing in my 2000 CC DS.

Strap unavailable from BuggiesUnlimited so had to go through a different reseller.

Club Car DS Fuel Tank
It fit in my 1989. I just needed about a foot of extra fuel line. The picture doesn't show it but it even has the grooves the older models use to help secure the fuel pump.

What is the capacity of tank?
Do you have repair kit for gas tank for 2018 Club Car Carryall?
Will this tank fit in my 1986 Club Car?

it fit fine in my 1989 I just had to shorten the tie down strap make a mount for the fuel pump

how do you remove gas tank from cart ?

I found that if you cut the old straps given that the bolts are too hard to get too and rusted, the tank will float around in the frame but will be difficult to remove. So what I did was un bolt part of the seat frame and remove bolts from the fuel pump to free up as much space around the tank as possible. Then I was able to pull out the old tank and install the new one without too much effort. Just be sure that you do strap in the new tank so it is secure and will not vibrate and wear holes in it. Then bolt the fuel pump back in and re- fasten the frame for the seat. It's tricky but it can be done. Good luck
