Cart Subtotal:
Steering your golf cart around the links is something we all take for granted. It's just something we expect to do flawlessly. Well, when it does give way, and you can't turn that lead weight your driving, you might just end up in a water trap. Save yourself the trouble and get parts like the Yamaha Driver Side Tie Rod Assembly replaced at the first sign of fault. Even if it is your golf cart, the club still frowns on you taking it for a swim off the side of the 16th hole. Not to mention the embarrassment that it will cause. The drink might be the worst-case scenario, but at least you wound up there and not in a tee-bone with another golf cart or a tree.
This golf cart tie rod assembly is so easy to install. You will have to work under the front end of the caddie, so you may want to have a friend there just for safety and to hand you tools. Picking up a Yamaha OEM service manual can make the difference. Ask for one when you call and order from Buggies Unlimited today.
Not a 100% sure but I’m thinking yes
Hi Randy, the drivers side tie rod on my cart is set at 11 and 1/8" long but it may be able to adjust to a max. of approx. 12" from rod end to rod end, I hope this helps.

Not familiar with a G1 but I would imagine that as long the tie rod ends connect the same, length would be your only concern.
My opinion is yes it will fit, fit my G16 great. Many parts for G9 to G19 are interchangeable.
If it is a g16 it should work
