If we had a nickel jar and put one in it every time someone cracked their stock EZGO front cowl cap, we'd have enough to make 5 cent soup for everyone! The point being is this is a thin plastic part. Due to this, we try to keep an aftermarket on the shelf that's affordable, like the Marathon Black Front Cowl Cap. With the way most of us drive, you may want to go ahead and just get two.
This Works for the EZGO Marathon model. It is effortless to install and can be done with a basic set of tools. A handy tip in getting this part or any plastic part for that matter installed, is to get it warm and pliable. If you get the product hot enough to manipulate it, the installation will be a breeze. Please don't think that this part is out of spec. You have to understand, when you're working with a golf cart as seasoned as an EZGO Marathon, the cart itself is no longer in spec.
