The Club Car DS and Precedent Fuel Pump is the best of the best for the fuel supply to the carb. The stock pumps are a diaphragm-based unit that works off of crankcase compression. The crankcase creates an in-out pressure that varies between one and three pounds. This allows the pump to draw fuel from the tank and then shoot it up to the carb.
