It isn't tan, it isn't egg-shell, and it isn't beige; what else could it be? This question gets asked about golf cart seats too often. Chances are you are looking for a Club Car DS Buff Seat Bottom Assembly. This color is somewhere magically in-between those elusive shades of white. Buggies Unlimited is unsure why the OEM did not choose something more simple, but we carry the one you are looking for either way. Don't mismatch the top and bottom seats; we have what you need to make it right.
The Club Car DS buff seat bottom assembly comes with the whole kit and caboodle. You get the vinyl that wraps around the outside, the foam in the middle, and the wood seat bottom. You will need to re-use the hip restraints and hinge hardware, but other than that, it's an exact OEM match despite being aftermarket. Get with Buggies Unlimited today and ship one on its way. That old torn-up old seat is the talk of the corner; let's fix that.
I bought the bottom assy and it worked out great. We have had it for one season and it doesn't show any signs of getting a memory of where you are sitting and it sits out uncovered and it is holding up great. I would highly recommend this seat bottom.
Hi William, it is most likely that you have a Club Car DS because they did not start making the Precedent model carts until 2004. If your serial number starts with an A, then you have a DS cart. In which case, this would be the correct seat.
Particle board with some type of hard covering. Not sure if coated or glued but intended to keep the bottom of the board from getting wet and swelling.
I didn’t have to pre drill any holes. I just screwed through existing holes of seat/arm rest into wood bottom of replacement seat.
Best Answer: No to both but I like the seat and it fit perfect. The bolt holes even lined up from my old 22 year old seat and the cover material was a perfect match. I should get 22 out of this one also.
Sorry just getting back to you have been out of town for several days, just read you email. The seat is 40.5" - 41" by 16.5" - 17" by 5" - 6", hope this helps and is not to late, great product. I got the backs also.

First off I took the rear seat off and made it useful for a utility cart. But as for the bolt holes and screws, if it's anything like the front seat, the holes that these people have in their prefabricated seats, they will match right up with the aligning holes in the framework on the cart. I didn't have to make any adjustments or realign any screws or holes in the seat frames. If the seat that they're selling you states that it's for your cart I believe it would fit. Just undo the screws take off the old seat and replace it with the new seat.
It sounds like you may have the new style seat bottom on the cart currently. Can you please confirm the serial number of your Club Car?
No adjustment needed. I told rubber seal off ols seat
I bought a flip seat and it came with cusions
