The Reliance HD Starter Generator will fit either the DS or precedent models. It can operate either clockwise or counter-clockwise in rotation. I don't know what year I have, but it seems universal. I had to rearrange some of the connections because the motor ran backwards. It was more than just reversing the field winding.
yes that is exactly what you need you just need to figure out what rotation the motor is so you can set your starter / generator up to rotate the same way

This does not come with jumper cables, and I do not have a part number for that item at the moment,
I installed a Reliant about 2 months ago and so far so go..!!!
