How can I return merchandise purchased?
If purchased in the Closeout Closet, the merchandise is not returnable. For other purchases, include a copy of your receipt and send the package UPS ground or US Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Please include return address and send Returns and Exchanges to:

Why was my order delivery date quoted later than the service I paid for?
Delivery time does not include weekend and holidays as "business days". Our system will quote the latest delivery date possible.

What is your returned check policy due to insufficient funds?
Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $30.00 service fee. The fee and total order amount may be electronically withdrawn from your bank account via EFT.
