Product Details

This kit is recommended for use when installing flip-flop kits, cargo boxes, rear seats, and other heavy items. It includes everything you need to upgrade your payload.

Kit Includes:

  • Fits non-lifted Club Car DS models gas & electric 1982-Up
  • 2 4-Leaf Rear Springs
  • 2 U-Bolts
  • 6 Leaf Spring Bushing Kits (4-Each end of the leaf springs & 2-For the upper shackles)
For LIFTED Carts you will need to use "Grade-8" Straight Bolts in place of the U-Bolts, due to the U-Bolts not being long enough for the extra leafs in the springs.

Do these leaf springs lift the golf cart?
Ian H on Jun 24, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Ian, I would not say they lifted because that’s not what I was looking but they do keep it from sagging when people are in the back seat. I would do it again if I bought another one. Bill
Is there a good video to watch how to jack it up and change them out also I think this cart has a small lift kit in it how hard ?is it to change the springs out bushes are gone in the leaf springs
James N on Jun 24, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Not hard at all if your equipped with a floor jack and some jack stands. jack the cart up on one side and put a jack stand under the body in front of the rear wheels. then put floor jack under the axle side to be changed. loosen u bolts and shock. lower axle enough to take the bolts out of the spring shackles. new bushings can be ordered or new HD springs can be installed at this time. reverse process to reassemble.

Heavy Duty Springs
The springs are definately heavy duty. I had to let air out of the tires to smooth out the ride.

HD Rear spring kits for Club Car
I have installed a few of these kits now, and they are easy to install and work great. They add to the weight you can carry on the back of the golf cart substantially.

Leaf Spring Kit
So far so good. I bought this kit to go along w the flip flop seat on a 2005 Club car. Pretty easy to install about 1.5hrs and functions well. I was able to reuse the stock rear shocks as well.
