BEST ANSWER: Hi Donald, if you wanted to lift your cart and do taller wheels/tires, I would recommend the below kit. It is a speed/torque upgrade and goes up to 25 MPH with 7 HP.

I am building a horseless touring buggy and want to drive the 40" diameter wheels with a 12-1 club car differential. Will this system pull those 40" wheels or will I need a speed reducer?
