One of the marvelous things about buying a new golf cart these days, and we mean brand-new, not just unused by you, is that it will come set up to do many things, even if you buy the base model. For example, most carts made after a specific point came wired for lights, like the EZGO RXV. If yours is newer than 2008, it should have everything you need to hook brake lights up on the cart already. The only thing you need is the aftermarket EZGO RZV Brake Light Switch Assembly.Let's say you get them hooked up, and they burn constantly. You may need to replace the OEM switch located under the floorboard. It's called the brake light switch assembly. Your aftermarket replacement will look identical to the one already on there. This replacement will fit E-Z-GO RXV's as long as they are newer than 2008. If you do happen to have an IPL handy, this matches OEM number 609260.
