Will this work on an EZ Go TXT 2013 48 V?
BEST ANSWER: This speed sensor magnet was an exact replica of the original equipment I replaced on our early 2000 EZGO TXT . I I also replaced the motor with one with more torque capable of an increased top speed. The function of the speed sensor would be the same with both a 36 volt and 48 volt cart. The current leaving the controller would be reduced for the operation the magnet assists with. The engineered operation is has a proven longevity to change Would create possible additional costs when manufacturing at a large number an operating system with limited complexity. The voltage output to the speed sensor for a newer 48volt if researched is probably similar back to the year that is advertised . Unless modifications have been done requiring an upgraded controller and electrical system.
