Product Details

We wish there were an E-Z-GO Drive Puller Bolt for those sticky situations in life. It would be nice to be able to pull out a handheld item and remove anything you wanted. The stubborn rusty nut would not stand a chance. Now you could get a pickle without having to smash the jar in the sink. Unfortunately, this is only for removing the pulley off of the engine. Until magic wands become a thing, we are stuck asking our significant other to open the sweet gherkins. However, when removing the primary, you will think you opened up the cheat book.

This is a simple golf cart puller to use. There are no tricks or hidden E-Z-GO parts you have to find to be able to use it. The first step is to find the clutch up front on the engine. Then you need to remove the hold-down bolt. Do not be alarmed if it is not there. It is only a safety because the clutch gets pressed on the tapered crankshaft. If you are missing it, we can send one with the order; just let us know. We are a one-stop-shop for everything you may need.

You need this E-Z-GO puller for several repair jobs. Replacing the clutch is an obvious one. You will also need it removed if you are going to rebuild the engine. You cannot access the crankcase at all with it mounted. We would recommend having a friend present to help. Two sets of hands and eyes are better than one. You would not think that you needed a jack for this, but you may need to lift the frame slightly out of the way. Give Buggies Unlimited a call today and get your order placed for everything you need for your golf cart.

Specifications:

  • It's a necessity for gas golf cart owners! When you do any work involving the engine of your gas golf cart, you usually have to remove the clutch. Because clutches are press-fitted, attempting to take them off can be damaging if not done with the proper tools. Use a clutch puller to easily snap them off and prevent costly repairs.
