very hard to light
Although the igniter works, sparks it never lights the heater. I have to hold the igniter button in while using a barbeque lighter to start the flame. You must hold the button in long enough for the ceramic to heat up, then release the button. If the wind blows the flame out you must repeat the procedure.

piezo propane heater
The problem is in the regulater valve ass'y. The spring that opensthe gas valve is to weak to function properly. Now, this takes disassembly of the unit. Knock out the retaining pin not easy in the brass housing, be careful not to break any plastic parts, streach the spring about 34 or a little more, reassemble the gas valve ass'y carefully, now the unit should work 99 of time.I did this on my heater works great. As we say a design oversite
