OEM replacement parts are a crucial part of any do-it-yourself project with your golf cart. It seems like everything you replace, upgrade, or add-on requires that you remove something factory, and chances are you will have to replace it if it was damaged in the process. Take, for example, when you change the batteries on your farm cart. You have to pull pretty much the entire power pack hold-down assembly apart. The first thing that comes off is the Hex Nuts for Battery Hold Down Rods.These things are zinc plated and only measure 1/4-20, so they are tiny. We would not recommend using an impact; of course, that may be the very reason you are on this page. Something as small as the EZGO or Club Car hex nut should only be tightened with hand tools like a socket wrench or something along those lines.
