I love this thing! We go to NFL tailgates and use one or two tanks each game. But you MUST follow the instructions of putting the small tank in the frig for at least 15 minuets prior to filling and DONT turn on the fill tank untill you first turn it UPSIDE DOWN filling with liquid not gasLOVE IT!!! purchased this product last winter and just attempted to fill three 16.4oz cylinders from a net weight 15 pound cylinder tank and none of the three would except any propane.tryed from 1 minute to 15 minutes on each bottle.Naturally I no longer have my receipt, and customer service is closed on sat.NOT HAPPY
