Mirror mostly all plastic made in china, Bracked very thin and were too short, tech support is when you can get them on the phone. They only have one person for Tech Support. I waited 45 + Min to talk to someone on an Item I purchased. In fairness to them when i did speak to Greg he agreed to send the longer brackets I needed. I will post if I am not happy with them when I recieve them. Make sure they send you the right brackets, might be best to measure your cart against the mirror and brackets
