6in A-ARM LIFT KIT FOR CLUB CAR DS 1982-UP

The Buggies Unlimited 6" A-Arm Lift Kit completely replaces your front stock suspension with a new, stronger double A-Arm system. You'll get a higher lift, so you can drive over more rugged, rough conditions.
Also, for 1982-1992 Club Cars, you will need to drill 7/16" oversize holes in the upper and lower brackets of the spindle.
All lift kits are shipped Standard UPS Ground only.

missing part
Lift went on fairly easily. Quality is acceptable. Shorter drag link sleeve was not supplied, but I was able to cut the original and make it work. Economical kit

lift kit
I bought my 6 lift kit for my club car, and it was an easy install and no noise from the suspension. My cart rides nice and my 23 tires dont rub.

lots of creeks
2002 Club Car ElectricLots of creeks and squeaks with NEW front end. Tighten and retightened all the bolts and check them again and again.I Did find some bolt interferences that could itch. Trimmed the bolts.Still no luck.

need better instructions
Great lift kit, but need better instructions. Bad pictures and descriptions. Most steps skipped on install. Parts not labeled as instructed.

great accessory
received kit and had it installed easily in 2 days nights need to have a kit to raise muffler for looks and clearance, otherwise great value.

great lift kit
I just installed this kit on my 1992 DS. It was fairly easy to install. My only grip is that BU should mention that you might need a longer ground wire for the starter generator mine wasabout 2in too short.Other than that it is a great kit!
